The Agreement has been amended to reflect changes in the regulatory environment and keep up to date. The new Agreement will supersede the old Agreement.  As such, the new Business Banking and Services Agreement will govern the relationship between Banco Nacional Financeiro and those customers who have signed the Agreement effective September 20, 2023.

As such, the new Financial Services Terms will in part govern the relationship between Banco Nacional Financeiro and those customers who have signed the Financial Services Agreement (FSA) both past and present. Your continued use of Banco Nacional Financeiro products and services is your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
